Electronics Recycling

UNICOR Electronics Recycling

Federal Prison Industries operates a nationwide network of electronics recycling centers to convert donated electronics into recyclable materials for resale to registered vendors.

Our full-service recycling program forms part of a national e-scrap solution, with an environmental commitment that extends to vendors, who are required to sign no-landfill certifications, follow restrictive export policies, and agree to site inspections.

UNICOR accepts items from federal customers, certain state and local governments, and non-profit organizations. Due to security concerns, we are unable to accept drop-offs from private citizens.

Purchasing e-scrap from UNICOR

Approved companies may bid on UNICOR e-scrap. Please review the recycling vendor registration instructions for more information.
