How To Order

Welcome to our more user friendly site. Besides a new look, there is restructuring of our product groups. To order from the new UNICOR online store, simply follow the steps listed below. Remember that you can always return to the help menu by clicking on or contact our Customer Service Center by phone at (800) 827-3168 or e-mail webmastersales@central.unicor.gov.

Browsing and selecting products

Select a product group from the left navigation bar and this will bring you to the Product Shop Page. To enter the online store, click on the product text again, or the product images beside the menu.

Selecting in the top navigation bar will bring you to a marketplace directory map were you can select the product group shop you wish to enter, and follow the same directions above to enter the online store.

You can find an item by selecting from any of the shops listed on the left or by searching with keywords or product numbers. If you choose to browse the shops, click on in the top navigation bar. The categories of items in the selected shop will be displayed on the left. Clicking on a category name will cause a list of the available items to be displayed. If a category has asymbol to its left, additional subcategories will be displayed when it is selected. If you prefer to search for an item by keyword or product category, please make sure you use an asterisk (*) before and after your entry. Additional search tips are available from the search screen.

Once you have found the types of items you wish to view, either by browsing the shops and categories or by searching, you can flip through pages of the listed items using the arrows at the top or bottom of the list. The Next Page and Previous Page arrows will advance the product list one page at a time, while the First page and Last Page double arrows will jump to the beginning or end of the list. The single arrows next to the headings at the top of the list allow you to sort the list by product number, description, or price in either ascending or descending order.

You can view an item in detail by selecting its product number from the list. If you do so, you can continue to step through related items within the product category by using the previous and next arrows just above the product detail table. You can return to the product list at any time using the return arrow .

When you find an item you'd like to order, add the item to your shopping basket by entering a desired quantity and selecting the dark blue button for standard pricing or light blue button for QuickShip pricing to the right of the item in the list. If you choose to view the item in greater detail by clicking on the item number, you can also select a quantity and add the item to your shopping basket from the item's detailed description screen.

You can browse the shops and add items to your shopping basket as long as you wish. You can view the contents of your shopping basket at any time by selecting from the navigation bar.

Confirming the items in your shopping basket

Once you are ready to order the items in your shopping basket, select from the navigation bar. The contents of your basket will be displayed.

You can choose to empty your basket , change quantities, or delete individual items from this screen. Selecting will cause your changes to be reflected in the order total at the bottom of the list.

You may also add 'The Works' (inside delivery, installation, and trash removal) to your order from this screen.

If you prefer to continue shopping before placing an order, simply select from the navigation bar and continue browsing.

Ordering the items in your shopping basket

If you are satisfied with your order, select and proceed to the login screen.

If you are not registered with our new system, please select

and submit the necessary information. Once you have entered your registration information and click , the ordering process will continue.

If you have already registered as a customer with our new online store, enter your email address and password and select to proceed with your order. You may retrieve a forgotten password or change your password if you choose.

Once you have reviewed the accuracy of the information on the order form, select to submit your order.

Order status

You can review previously made orders at any time by selecting

from the site navigation bar. You have the option of finding your order(s) by entering an order number or range of order numbers, the purchase order number, the name of the credit card holder under which the order was placed, and/or a range of dates in which the order was made.

When an order has been delivered, the order status will display the date, the quantity of the items shipped, and a tracking number if available.

Cookies

UNICOR uses cookies to keep track of your shopping basket information. This makes ordering UNICOR products online easier for you. If you don't want to accept cookies, you won't be able to use our online store. If you are experiencing any problems viewing your shopping basket, please check your browser preferences to make sure you are able to accept cookies.
