The Federal Corrections Complex at Victorville, California opened in 2000 and now comprises two modern factories and a 57,000 square foot warehouse. Each of the two factories has 50,000 square feet of space dedicated to rebuilding military vehicles and vehicle components for the DOD and Federal Agencies. Factory and warehouse logistics are integrated with a Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) system.
FCC Victorville factories were designed as a single bay with exhausts, air lines, power and LAN throughout to provide ample space and maximum flexibility for efficient vehicle production lines.The factories also feature:
- Large doorways to admit vehicles as large as semitrailers
- High ceilings to allow installation and operation of masts on rebuilt forklifts
- Specialty shops and booths for sanding, sandblasting, Painting, graphics, hydraulics, power washing, welding and machine shop capabilities
- HAZMAT handling and storage areas
- Secure storage yard for large-scale storage of vehicles
- Off road vehicle testing
- Exercising and load certifying of industrial lift-trucks
- Adjacent business offices to handle logistics and administrative support

The Right Training to get the Job Done Right
FCC Victorville has 300 active, experienced technicians at one factory and warehouse.We are currently training additional management and supervisory staff, with projected total employment of 800-all available from the FCC population.The transfer of existing product lines and technicians ensures the additional plants open with proven workers and procedures. FCC Victorville offers factory classrooms and ASE certification programs to ensure qualified technicians.
