UNICOR /FPI Facilities

The UNICOR / FPI Electronics Group has thirteen state-of-the art manufacturing facilities nationwide that produce and distribute a wide range of high-quality, technologically advanced electronics, electrical products and services.

Our facilities are fully staffed and equipped to perform complete in-house cable assembly and wire harness potting, high-reliability soldering and electromechanical assembly, and custom cable braiding. The Electronics Group is highly skilled in comprehensive plastics and molding technology, production of high-quality fiber optics, and has the unique capability and specialized tooling to manufacture semi-rigid coaxial cables.

Our manufacturing lines are designed for flexibility to handle production runs both large and small, and provide surge capability to meet accelerated delivery schedules. We also have the skills and capacity to re-engineer and produce parts that are no longer available, as well as perform specialized kitting that speeds installation time for our customers.

Electronics Group facilities are outfitted with clean rooms that eliminate dust particles and static when assembling highly sensitive electronic components, ensuring that this critical equipment performs reliably and flawlessly.

All products are manufactured under stringent Statistical Process Control procedures in an ISO: 9000 environment. Each facility has a comprehensive Quality Control Lab where all products are fully tested for functionality, reliability and durability to meet rigorous quality standards. In addition, the UNICOR/FPI Environmental Test Laboratory in Littleton, Colorado, performs highly sophisticated environmental testing of our products to ensure that they perform reliably under the most rigorous operating conditions.
