Golf Tournament

The optional Golf Tournament will be held at the Marriott Cattails Golf Course at the Meadow View Conference & Resort Hotel.

2:00 PM Shotgun Start

• Green Fees
• Cart
• Range Balls
• Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams as well as prizes for closest to the pin, and longest drive

To Register for the Golf Tournament:

Complete the Registration Form with an additional golf tournament registration fee of $85.00. Deadline for registration is Tuesday, April 20, 2010.
