You may cancel your order at any time, even if it’s been shipped and even if you have already
received it. Simply call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-827-3168, Monday through Friday,
between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. EST. You may also e-mail your request to custserv@central.unicor.gov.
Please be sure to include the UNICOR sales order number and your name and phone number in the e-mail.
While we understand that cancellations are sometimes a necessity, a restocking fee may be charged for any
product returned after receipt for reasons other than defect or damage. A UNICOR Project Manager will provide
you an estimate of the cost to return your order. Such costs typically include repackaging, return freight charges,
and possibly product rework charges to fix damages incurred during the return shipment due to inadequate packaging.
