Customers who have a National Driver Registration/Problem Pointer System (NDR/PDPS) hit, or need a clearance letter from another state, may request an address or phone number. The following list contains information provided by each state, including address, phone number, and other miscellaneous information.

The phone numbers and addresses on this list are primarily to the unit or section that deals specifically with NDR/PDPS hits or clearance letter requests.
